Philippine Air Force members watch as U.S. Marines
demonstrate the use of the P-19 Fire Truck to the PAF during exercise Balikatan
2015 aboard Basa Air Base, Philippines, April 22. The demonstration was part of
a subject matter expert exchange between the Marines and PAF on aircraft rescue
fire fighting, explosive ordnance disposal and law enforcement operations. This
year’s Balikatan focuses on scenario-based combined action planning in
territorial defense, disaster relief, civic assistance and tactical-level field
