U.S. crash fire rescue Marines conduct a subject matter expert exchange with the Philippine Air Force during exercise Balikatan 2015 aboard Basa Air Base, Philippines, April 22. During the event, service members from both nations demonstrated how each other execute aircraft rescue firefighting, explosive ordnance disposal and law enforcement operations.
