Soldiers of the 1440th Firefighter Company, out of Alpena, Mich., and 146th Multifunctional Medical Battalion, out of Ypsilanti, Mich., prepare to board a C-17 Globemaster Tactical Transport aircraft at the Alpena Combat Readiness Center on June 23, 2015.
