QINGDAO (July 28, 2015) Sailors from the People’s Liberation Army Navy demonstrate firefighting techniques for officers from the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Stethem (DDG 63) during a tour of the People’s Liberation Army Navy guided-missile frigate Yantai (FFG 538). Stethem is visiting Qingdao for a port visit to continue to build key diplomatic and military relationships and to illustrate the U.S. Navy’s commitment to broadening ties in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
