Capt. Chris Haggard works alongside Sgt. Chance Ahlberg, both Joint Task Force 5 logistics coordinators, 153rd Troop Command, New York National Guard, to manage resources for supplies and services associated with the recent activation of the New York National Guard, Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station. The JOC was established yesterday and moved here early this morning. The center manages and maintains operations associated with Governor Andrew Cuomo's activation of the New York Air and Army National Guard. The members of the JOC are just a few of more than 250 Soldiers and Airmen that are being deployed to Western New York for debris clearing missions in support of Operation February Winter Storm.
