(March 20, 2019) Members of Navy Region Northwest Fire & Emergency Services (NRNW FES) Battalion Three observe a live fire simulation of a prop FA-18F Super Hornet onboard Naval Air Station (NAS) Whidbey Island. Members of NRNW FES Battalion Three performed operational familiarization of the newly acquired FA-18F Super Hornet simulator in preparation of the required semi-annual live fire training on NAS Whidbey Island to enhance safety and operational effectiveness.
