DJIBOUTI CITY, Djibouti - Members of the Camp Lemonnier Fire and Emergency Services assist in a multinational effort to extinguish a fire at the Douda landfill at the request of the government of Djibouti and in support of the U.S. Embassy Djibouti, Aug. 14, 2019.
