Former Thunderbirds Commander, Retired NFL Player Die in New York Plane Crash
Former NFL tight end Russ Francis, 70, was a passenger on an aircraft that was piloted by Richard McSpadden, a former commander with the Air Force Thunderbirds, according to the Lake Placid News.
