The Office of the Secretary of Defense Manufacturing Technology (ManTech) Program hosted a first-of-its-kind Point of Need Manufacturing Challenge, December 4-8, at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center’s (ERDC) Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) in Hanover, New Hampshire.
