One of these family legacies is still being carried on by Nuclear Quality Division’s (Code 2350) Nuclear Quality Support Specialist Catherine Hobbs; her brother, Rigging and Equipment Operation’s (Code 740) Apprentice Noah Coburn; and her cousin, Code 740’s Refueling Continuous Training and Development (CTD) instructor Charles Campbell.

The five officers are part of a class of 25 Navy Region Mid-Atlantic Fire & Emergency Services Firefighters who were promoted to Captain. Navy Region Mid-Atlantic Fire & Emergency Services is the Department of Defense (DoD) fire department that supports Navy operations on the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast coasts of the United States.
