WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH, NC (WWAY) — The Coast Guard rescued a man Saturday from a sinking yacht in Masonboro Inlet near Wrightsville Beach. The crew responded to a call about a boat called Somewhere in Time taking on water just at 9:40 a.m. The 60-foot yacht started to sink after hitting a rock jetty in the area, and the crew rescued a 59-year-old man with no reported injuries.
